Terms of service

By using WhosIn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WhosIn.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WhosIn for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam, harassing, or abusive content through polls or invitations.
• Post objectionable, offensive, or harmful content of any kind, including but not limited to hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

WhosIn has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that violates these terms — including poll titles, descriptions, activity names, messages, or any other user-generated content — will be removed promptly. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it using the "Report" option available on any poll or user profile. We review all reports within 24 hours and take action as needed, including removing content, suspending accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement where required.

Content

You retain ownership of content you create (poll titles, descriptions). By creating polls, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content to poll participants as part of the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Service availability

We strive to keep WhosIn available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized. Polls you created will remain visible to participants but your name will be replaced with "Deleted User".

Limitation of liability

WhosIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WhosIn shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of WhosIn after changes constitutes acceptance.
